Buying a home isn’t something you want to do without a Realtor by your side.   I believe there is a right way and a wrong way to buy a home.   The right way is to get pre-qualified for your loan first.  Once that process is complete, I will sit down with you and your family and find out what your goals are and what type of home you have been dreaming about.  Next I will search for properties that fit your needs and qualify them to make sure they in fact are what you’ve been searching for.   This process makes the shopping portion much more effective.   Negotiating a great deal for you is where I shine.  Making sure the price is right, the condition of the house is acceptable.  Requesting repairs to be done by the seller and or getting you a credit.   Last but not least…..Delivery the keys!!!  Must admit that is the best part of my job!!!
